BACKGROUND
Ty Dwyer was born and raised in Richmond, VA. His parents originally lived on Laburnum Avenue when he was a child. Shortly after his 11th birthday, the family relocated to Glen Allen, VA. From then on his home was in north-western Henrico County. Ty attended Virginia Commonwealth University in the early 1990's and graduated in 1995 with a BS in Business Management. He worked extensively in the computer field for over a decade. In 2003 he attended Moseley-Flint Real Estate School and received his Real Estate License. Ty has been involved in real estate sales across central Virginia, including such places as Wintergreen Ski Resort, Charlottesville, and Richmond. In his spare time Ty enjoys spending time with his family, traveling to the OBX for vacations, and star-gazing in Wintergreen Resort.

BACKGROUND
Joining the mortgage business in 1985, Mark offers over 25 years of mortgage banking experience to the Richmond area. With extensive knowledge in Conventional, FHA, VA, VHDA & USDA loan programs, Mark continues to match each client with the best loan program to fit their individual goals.
Mark thrives on his ability to offer personal service, providing a unique experience to the loan process. He takes the time to understand and listen to client's financial goals and forging lifelong relationships with each of them. Mark recognizes the reality of today's financial and housing market, offering knowledge with experience and dependability. Mark is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and lives in Richmond with his wife and two children. As a community volunteer, Mark is a past board member of the Urban League of Greater Richmond, a mentor with the Virginia Department of Corrections and various mission outreach programs with Redeemer Lutheran Church.
